Scholarship Funds are Currently Available at SMILES
The United Way of Blackhawk Region Scholarship Fund and the Sherry Monty Scholarship Fund are available to individuals who wish to experience the benefits of Therapeutic Riding at SMILES. It is the hope of these funds, and all of those who support it, that anyone who desires to improve their life and their living skills through equine assisted activities will be able to do so, regardless of their financial situation.
If you are considering Therapeutic Riding for someone in your family, or if you know of an eligible candidate for SMILES services, please assure them that funds are available for clients who demonstrate financial need.
