Sherry Monty Scholarship Fund
The Sherry Monty Scholarship Fund offers financial assistance to individuals seeking alternative funding for programming at SMILES. While the scholarship does not fund 100% of the cost of our sessions, we offer this scholarship in the hope that it will ease the financial burden to those who need it. The Sherry Monty Scholarship Fund is funded solely by donations with the hope that these funds will be used to improve the life and living skills of individuals seeking services through equine-assisted activities at SMILES.
Scholarship assistance is based on household income and offered for a maximum of two sessions per year. Scholarships may be used for Therapeutic/Adaptive Riding and/or HEARTS.

Payment Options
SMILES is committed to making participation accessible for everyone. We accept private payments by cash, check, or credit card, as well as third-party funding through Children’s Long-Term Services (CLTS) and IRIS programs.
For individuals who need financial assistance and do not qualify for third-party support, the Sherry Monty Scholarship Fund is available.
