Monica Uselding has been a volunteer at SMILES since 2021 and joined the board in late 2023. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002 from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA. In 2007 she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke University. Monica is the supervisor of Aurora Sports Health in Lake Geneva and Delavan and has practiced as a physical therapist since 2002 in a variety of fields. Her passion has been with treating the orthopedic and pediatric populations in both Northern IL and South Eastern WI. Growing up around horses at a family farm and with lessons she has always had a passion for horses. SMILES allows her to combine her love of working with people with disabilities and horses.
