My name is Bonnie Hoover. I am a retired HR manager and Accountant. I have been involved with horses all my life. I have managed and worked for several horse shows throughout the years. I have held offices of WCBSC , WBRA. Past member of NARHA, and now a member of PATH. I have been a member of the SMILES organization in different capacities for the past 25 plus years. I started as a Volunteer, then I was the Volunteer Coordinator and a Riding Instructor. Now I serve on the Board of Directors. SMILES has given me the opportunity, in many ways, to help others with my lifetime passion.
