Aly Blawat is the Senior Director of Customer Strategy at Blain’s Farm & Fleet, where she leads initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty. With a career spanning marketing roles at Harley-Davidson and Kohl’s Corporate, she has built expertise in loyalty programs, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Currently pursuing her MBA with dual emphases in Marketing and Data Analytics from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, Aly combines analytical insight with a passion for customer experience to deliver measurable business growth. Beyond the corporate world, Aly is deeply connected to the equestrian community. She is a certified EAGALA Equine Specialist in equine-assisted psychotherapy. She grew up on her family’s AQHA breeding farm in Indiana, which at its peak was home to more than 55 horses. A lifelong rider and horse caretaker, she competed at Purdue University and later with the Wisconsin Ranch Horse Association, blending her leadership skills with a lifelong dedication to the horse industry.
